MY STORY
I have been in the world of movement and training since the age of seven as competitive gymnast. My career started in physical therapy but pivoted toward personal training. I found the freedom of study this certification offered to be more down my alley. I since have studied many different modalities that help heal one's body and make you stronger. I also believe a big part of your health is your mindset, so in addition I am a yoga instructor and mindfulness educator.

My qualifications and experience give me the knowledge to educate, coach, and train many different types of people. In the past, I have specialized in the 50+ crowd.

My style is to teach and encourage my clients to take agency of their physical and mental bodies to make changes. This enables them to become more resilient and lead a happier and fuller life.
