Hi, I'm Cindy Cummins — a full-time yoga teacher, personal trainer, movement educator, and mindfulness instructor based in Louisville, Kentucky.

About Me

 With over 25 years of work as a professional in the movement area, and I am still amazed at how different we all are — how our bodies change over time and how there is no cookie cutter approach to wellness.   

My skill sets are a combination of strength training to increase muscle mass and bone density, therapeutic exercises to improve the weaker joints in our bodies, flexibility to move our bodies in all plane of motion, balance, and breath work.  There is so much that goes into keeping our body and mind healthy and strong.  I have garnered experience both working with clients and teaching classes.  So, I create programs and classes that foster this integration, ensuring that my clients are remaining healthy in all their movement endeavors, whether they are addressing an injury, stiffness or want to build more strength.
